Even before I had my homebirth after two caesarean sections I knew I wanted more people to know that homebirth was an option. I am passionate about this because many people start to labour at home. I certainly did before both my caesarean sections.
I truly believe that if I had had the relevant scientific knowledge and variety of tools I have now, my first and second labours could have been just as comfortable and positive as my third.

How are we different to NCT classes in Lewisham & Bromley?

Hypnobirthing gives you more focused preparation for birth - helping you understand the physiology of labour, work with your body's natural processes, practise breathing and relaxation techniques, and prepare your birth partner to support you confidently.
At Rise & Glow Births, our Hypnobirthing classes are evidence-based and grounded in the latest research around birth, the mind-body connection and the physiology of labour. You'll have plenty of opportunity to practise the techniques together, so you're not simply learning about Hypnobirthing - you're building skills you can actually use during pregnancy, labour and birth.
