Train to Teach Hypnobirthing with Rise & Glow

Not at all. You don’t need any medical or birth qualifications to join the Rise & Glow teacher training - just a passion for supporting others and a belief that birth matters.

Personally, my background is in engineering and project management, so very different to hypnobirthing!

Whatever your professional background, I’ll teach you everything you need to know, from the science of birth to how to hold space and guide expectant parents with confidence and care.

Yes, absolutely. The training is designed to be achievable and flexible, even if you’re juggling other work or family life.

During the six week training, you’ll have live calls two times a week in the evening (with replays if needed), plus support to help you build your teaching practice at a pace that works for you.

Yes! You’ll learn how to teach clearly and confidently, finding your own unique style, with lots of practical guidance and encouragement along the way.

The training runs over 6 weeks, with two live sessions each week. You'll also have access to additional resources, mentoring, drop-ins, and replays so you can catch up or revisit anything at your own pace. There’s a little bit of pre-work to complete beforehand, and an optional implementation week at the end to help you get ready to launch your classes. It’s designed to be manageable even with little ones or a busy schedule.

The next cohort will start in early June 2026, finishing by mid-July (exact dates TBC), meaning you'll be ready to launch your own classes from Summer 2026!

You can join the training from anywhere in the world - it’s fully online and accessible wherever you are. Once qualified, you can run your business in your local area, from any country, or even fully online if you prefer.

As part of the selection process, I’ll be mindful of where our current teachers and other prospective teachers are already based. The aim is to create a supportive network of Rise & Glow teachers in complementary locations, rather than overlapping in the same area. That way, we can collaborate - not compete - and grow something truly special together.

Absolutely. I myself first trained as a hypnobirthing teacher while pregnant, and then built my business while on maternity leave. If you’re looking after a baby or young children and find it hard to make the live classes, everything is recorded so you can catch up when needed. And if you’ve just come out the other side of a transformative birth… this might be the perfect time to explore a new direction that works around family life.

Yes - many Hypnobirthing teachers turn this into a fulfilling part-time side income or even a full-time business. You’ll learn how to set up your classes, find your first clients, and grow your presence locally or online. You can choose to run in-person groups, private 1:1s, or even online.
