We hold our Bexley antenatal hypnobirthing classes in the North Cray Neighbourhood Centre, a cosy and modern venue that's ideal for meeting other pregnant parents-to-be in the London Borough of Bexley.
The North Cray Neighbourhood Centre is ideally placed for mamas-to-be who are having their antenatal care with Darent Valley Hospital materrnity, Lewisham Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Woolwich), or the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) in Orpington, including the PRUH Oasis Birth Centre. It is also just around the corner from Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup where many of our expectant parents have their 12 week and 20 week antenatal ultrasound scan appointments!

How to get here
Our Bexley Antenatal Courses are held in a modern and family-friendly facility in the quiet residential area of North Cray (near Ruxley) with plenty of free parking in a secure car park. The venue is accessible by multiple bus routes from Bexleyheath, Welling and Dartford. The closest train stations are Sidcup, Swanley and New Eltham. Our room is on the first floor of the building, fully accessible via lift or stairs. The room has a small kitchenette area where tea and light refreshments will be provided so that you can get to know other local parents-to-be over a cuppa!

How are we different to NCT Classes in Bexley?
NCT classes are a traditional form of antenatal education established in the 1950s and were the only antenatal class available for a long time. In NCT classes, you would learn about baby care (e.g. how to change a nappy) as well the different forms of pharmacological pain relief available for a medicalised hospital birth.
You may learn a breathing technique for labour on NCT classes in Bexley, but you won't usually learn Hypnobirthing tools on NCT, other than perhaps a brief introduction.
